3. Client Responsibilities
When using our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as requested for the audit process
- Make available all necessary financial records, documentation, and personnel required to perform the audit
- Respond to inquiries and requests for additional information in a timely manner
- Pay fees as agreed upon in the Service Agreement
- Provide a safe working environment for our staff if on-site work is required
4. Confidentiality
Financial Audit ZA commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and data encountered during the provision of our services. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties unless:
- Required by law
- Authorized by the client in writing
- The information is already in the public domain
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the materials provided by Financial Audit ZA, including reports, analyses, and recommendations, remain the property of Financial Audit ZA. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their internal business purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
Financial Audit ZA provides audit services using professional judgment and reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that our services will identify all financial irregularities or errors. Our liability to clients for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice according to the notice period specified in the Service Agreement. In case of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for all services provided up to the termination date.
8. Force Majeure
Financial Audit ZA will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, civil disorder, fire, explosion, or governmental actions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Financial Audit ZA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and Conditions.
